Indian Spiced Hummus

I don't understand why anyone would buy ready made hummus when it is so easy to make. Just throw everything in the food processor and whiz away! If you don't have a food processor then just squish it all in a pestle and mortar. I put hummus on everthing. It's great with a curry, as a starter, in a sandwich or with raw veg like carrots.
